Wash Your Hands

We know — you’ve probably heard this a million times, but the advice remains as important as ever! Although you can (unfortunately) come down with something sniffly year-round, the winter months mark a sharp spike in cases of cold and flu. 

We’re more likely to get sick in wintertime because the viruses that cause common colds can spread more easily in cold, dry air. Also, we’re all spending more time indoors, out of the cold, breathing the same air and touching the same surfaces. 

Until the weather warms up in March and April, take extra care to make sure you’re washing your hands regularly to keep those cold/flu germs away. Your immune system will thank you for the backup!

Stay Active
